Watch a Video of Bald Eagles at Reelfoot Lake
Birdwatchers flock to Reelfoot Lake State Park in West Tennessee each winter, when 150 to 200 bald eagles migrate through on the Mississippi flyway. Check out the video of bald eagles below to learn more about how – and when – to plan your visit to the northwest corner of the state for the best birdwatching.
And over in opposite end of the state, birdwatchers in Johnson and Carter counties reported seeing bald eagles there for the first time in spring 2013. Read more: New Eagle Nesting Spots in Northeast Tennessee

I see them all the time. I live in Florida, just south of Daytona Beach, and there are all kinds of bald eagles here! I have seen twin baby eagles, there is a nest behind my house where they return to every year–parents and babies–and there are nests in cellphone towers, tall trees and all over here!
are u still able to see eagles this late in the season, would like to visit realfoot but want to make sure that they are still there.
Hi Margaret,
The peak season for bald eagles at Reelfoot Lake is January and February, so there is no guarantee that you will still see eagles this late in the season. We would suggest calling Reelfoot Outdoors at 731-253-9652 for more information. Hope this helps!

Do they still have the video feed showing the nesting eagles from hatching to when the babies leave the nest?
