Visit Nashville’s family-friendly Cheekwood Estate & Gardens this holiday season, where you’ll find approximately 1 million bright lights illuminating a milelong walking path through the gardens.

In addition to strolling through the glowing greenery, weekend visitors can meet Santa and two of his reindeer, appropriately named Jolly and Nick – all visiting from the North Pole, of course – and enjoy fun, seasonal activities such as decorating gingerbread houses and cookies and roasting marshmallows for s’mores.

Guests can also explore portions of the Cheekwood Mansion, which includes a picturesque poinsettia tree featuring 500 poinsettias in its historic loggia.

Open from Nov. 23 through Jan. 5, the Holiday LIGHTS experience begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 10 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and tickets can be purchased at the time of the visit or in advance.

To find more information or to secure tickets, visit cheekwood.org or call (615) 356-8000.
