Perennial Plant Sale Delivers Beautiful Blooms

Plant sale

Get your green thumbs ready for the annual plant sale organized by the nonprofit Perennial Plant Society of Middle Tennessee.

Mark your calendars for the event on April 9 at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds. You’ll find more than 450 different varieties of plants, which are grouped together based on their growing characteristics, from shade-loving perennials to those that prefer sun.

Admission is free (though the fairgrounds charge $5 for parking), and the money from the plant sales goes to support horticulture scholarships, the printing of educational materials and bringing gardening experts to speak at monthly events.
