Come out and support the Hardin County Walnut Grove Volunteer Fire Department at their monthly fish fry in Savannah on the second Saturday of every month. All proceeds from the event go to support the District 11 Fire Department. Plates cost $12 each and include fish or chicken, fries, hush puppies, slaw and all condiments.

The fish fry takes place at 235 Morris Rd. in Savannah from 2 to 6 p.m. The dates for this spring are March 13, April 10 and May 8.
