Cranberry Festival

Each year on the second full weekend of October, the small East Tennessee community of Shady Valley invites visitors to a cranberry celebration.

The festival raises money to support Shady Valley Elementary School, and takes place on school grounds. The two-day event features a Friday evening bean supper, a Saturday parade, crafts, antiques, a quilt show, an auction, live music all day and lots of great food.
