Tennessee State Parks celebrates its 80th anniversary in a big way – with 80 exciting adventures.
These dozens upon dozens of adventures are highlighted at different state parks across Tennessee, encouraging park-goers to join in the fun. Stop by Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park in Millington to see 12 champion trees, which are the tallest trees of a species. At Bledsoe Creek State Park in Sumner County, embark on the interpretive Tennessee History Trail, which shows visitors the history of settlement in that area. Or stop by Panther Creek State Park near Morristown, where even the parking lot overlook offers one of Tennessee’s most breathtaking views.
