Award-Winning Fall Creek Falls
It’s no secret that Tennessee is one of the most scenic states, filled with hidden hiking gems, gorgeous mountains and towering trees.
The state’s largest and most visited park, Fall Creek Falls State Park was recently recognized as the No. 6 best state park in the nation by USA Today’s Readers’ Choice Awards.
At 256 feet, the park’s namesake waterfall is one of the highest in the eastern U.S., and the park encompasses more than 34 miles of trails, giving visitors options with short day hikes to overnight trails. It’s located in Bledsoe and Van Buren counties near Spencer on the Cumberland Plateau.
