When 23-year U.S. Navy veteran and Warren County educator Joseph Smith retired, his wife encouraged him to turn one of his hobbies into a business. A longtime coin collector, Smith decided to open a small coin shop in McMinnville in June 2011. After two expansions, Warren County Coins is now the largest coin store in the state at over 5,000 square feet. In addition to every type of U.S. coin ever minted, the store carries an extensive collection of international coins, plus an assortment of stamps and paper currencies from the U.S. and around the world.

To browse the impressive collection or set up an appraisal, stop by the store at 1100 Smithville Highway, Suite 127-C in the McMinnville Plaza Shopping Center.
