Experience the annual Cranberry Festival held at Shady Valley Elementary School, which has been providing education to local children for 80 years. The event kicks off with a bean dinner on Friday at 5 p.m. followed by an auction at 7 p.m., and continues with a pancake breakfast at 7 a.m. at the fire station followed by a parade with the theme “A Time to Remember” at 10 a.m. Crafts, exhibits, quilt show, food, music, demonstrations and kids entertainment. Free admission and parking.
