    I’d heard of sorghum, of course, but had no idea that it came from a corn like plant. I’d seen demonstrations with a horse moving in circles, helping make something. I think I thought it had something to do with sugar. It’s a much more interesting tale, I see, been around a long time. I need to find some and get a taste! As a child we used a store bought syrup that we mixed with butter and ate on biscuits.
