Top your pulled pork or brisket sandwich with this cool coleslaw.


  • 1 ½ heads cabbage
  • 1-2 carrots
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3-4 tablespoons sugar, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons celery seed


  1. Shred the cabbage, thinly slice the carrots and dice the onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed very well. Add to cabbage, carrots and onions, and mix very well.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
