Enjoy this healthy and delicious recipe for No Bake Energy Bites from Farm Bureau Health Plans.


  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
  2. Add chocolate chips, oats, coconut flakes and oat flour. Stir until blended and place mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll into even-sized balls. Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

    I don’t have oat flour & due to the stay at home reequirement don’t know when I can find any. Can i use all-purpose flour?
