Enjoy this healthy and delicious recipe for Dark Chocolate Almonds with Sea Salt from Farm Bureau Health Plans.


  • 6 ounces semi-sweet dark chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups whole almonds, raw and unsalted
  • Turbinado sugar, to taste
  • Sea salt, to taste


  1. In a glass baking dish, melt chocolate chips in microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. Smooth chocolate with a fork and fold almonds into chocolate to coat completely.
  2. Place almonds individually onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with turbinado sugar and sea salt.
  3. Chill for two hours in fridge and serve.
